The return costs are to be paid directly to the shipping service provider on site and will not be borne by us.

Unstamped items will not be accepted.
In the event of culpable damage or destruction of the goods, capspin.de reserves the right to claim compensation, e.g. if the original sticker is missing.

If the value of the goods after the return (i.e. you keep at least one article) is below the postage-free limit, the normal postage costs will be imposed, since the order no longer exists in the original version and therefore the postage-free limit may not be reached.
